Sanitary Mart Project (SAM) & TAHDCO Village Development Coordinators Project (TVDC)
Project Budget
These two village development projects need follow up to further train the villagers and to monitor and supervise their progress. TAHDCO has funded only the initial training phase of the Sanitary Mart and Village Development projects; maintenance and coordination are conducted for free by CST as a service. CST had to get a loan to set up the majority of the sanitary marts, of which only a third must be paid back. A maintenance grant would allow the projects to be monitored and supported better and sustain in the coming year. We will require Rs.15,000 ($320)* to continue the two projects.
