“I like your stuff, how do I order?”
1. Yee! You are the best. Click on the image of the item you would like. Another page will open up with more details.
2. When you hit that BUY NOW button, you will be transferred to a secure CCNow site. Select the quantity and size and color choice if offered. Click “add more items” to return to our site to continue shopping.

4. Your credit card statement will read “CCNow.com” You will receive an email with a confirmation number as your receipt.
5. When your order has been filled and mailed, you will receive a second email with your UPS tracking number (if applicable) and estimated date of arrival.

"What's with the special PRINT-TO-ORDER dealio?"
We can ship out anything we have in stock within 3-5 days, but we also like to offer some of our out of stock designs or sizes which may be out of stock. For $20, you can choose to have one of our out of stock shirts made just for you! Hit that BUY NOW button near Print-to-Order and then you can pick a design and which mens or womens size you'd like it on. It may take up to 3 weeks to ship. All special orders on American Apparel righteous clothing.

“What brand of shirts do you use and why?”
We like to use American Apparel shirts when we can for a number of reasons. They are really soft and made from quality 100% cotton, for starters. Shirts are cut a little different than most generic shirts to accentuate those pecs and rippling abs. They are made in America, using non-sweatshop labor. For more info about American Apparel, visit their website. Even when we don't use American Apparel, we use good quality 100% cotton heavyweight t-shirts by Hanes and Gildan.

“What kind of inks do you use and why?”
We use non-toxic, water-based inks for our clothing. This gives the design a very light “hand” and doesn’t make you feel like you have a plastic, rubbery mess on yourself. We guess you can also eat the shirts & recommend the flavor “Blue.”

“Do you do custom work?
Yuppers. We do merch for bands, non profs, artists and other designers, anything... check it out CUSTOM.

“Can I rip off your shit?”
Our designs are trademarked. So you can’t steal them, thank you very much, and my grandpa is a copyright lawyer. And he can beat up your grandpa.

“What’s up with CCNow.com?”
CCNow acts as a reseller for small businesses and artists. They process our credit card orders in tax-free Delaware and send a copy of your order to us. We fill the order and drop it in the mail. We don’t see your credit card information. It uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and has an excellent reputation. Don’t fret, Chet!

“The Man took my credit card away from me, but I still want to order. What do I do?”
We accept Money Orders and Paypal, too. Email us your order at thebox@squeezeboxstudios.com, complete with description, size, address, & phone number. We will respond with a total and further instructions. Nothing will be shipped until we receive payment.

“Do you accept exchanges or give refunds?”
Yes. If you are unhappy, we are unhappy. If we sent you the wrong item or size, we will refund the full amount to your card. If you want to exchange an item or return it within 30 days of purchase, we will also refund the cost of the shirt, but not the shipping charge. We will only refund for unworn, unwashed, unsmelly, resellable items. Email us and we will take care of it. We strongly urge you to consult the sizing chart and inspect your final checkout page before ordering.

“What if there is a problem with the billing?”
CCNow.com is our online reseller and handles all credit card issues. Their contact info: email or (1-877-CCNOW-77) If it can’t be settled to your liking, please contact us immediately.

“Am I going to get spam if I give you my email address?”
We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only. Seriously.

“Do you sell wholesale?”
Yes, but only to storefront businesses. Contact us.

“I live outside of NYC and I want to earn money. Can you help?”
